I've been a mental health therapist for over fifteen years and licensed as an LMFT for seven years. I help people improve their relationships with others by supporting them with learning, building and using skills. I work with diverse populations experiencing a wide range of mental complexities such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, various phobias, chemical/substance dependency, PTSD, etc. I have experiencing running a Trauma Recovery Center in which I worked with people on healing from their trauma. I support people with reaching their clinical goals and with feeling empowered to live healthier and happier.
