One of the most courageous steps a person can take is reaching out for support, and I honor you for doing so. My passion is helping people heal from trauma and find freedom in recovery from eating disorders and body image. These struggles often carry feelings of shame, isolation, and overwhelm—you do not have to face them alone. It is my privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate the healing process and rediscover themselves with self-compassion and empowerment. I know the deep trust it takes when you walk into this journey with a new therapist- I hold that trust with care and create a warm, nonjudgmental environment.
