I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and an Army veteran. As someone with lived experience in long-term recovery, I intentionally specialize in helping people break free from their addictions, reconnect with their values, and build more meaningful lives. My approach is nonjudgmental, trauma informed, and focused on motivating healthy behavioral change. Whether you are exploring sobriety, in early recovery or seeking longer-term support, I am here to serve as a guide. I will meet you where you are, and always with compassion and respect. We will move at your pace, explore and choose the tools that support your individual plan.
