My professional experience involves working with children, pre-teens, adolescents, adults and elders coping with life challenges. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. This eclectic approach assist with building a collaborative relationship with individuals, couples and families to develop and/or strengthen adaptable skills to manage behavioral, social and emotional stressors of life.
