Whether you're navigating a challenging life transition, working through past trauma, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to offer support, empathy, & a safe, non-judgmental space for you to do that important work. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, meaning I believe that you are the expert of your own life and experience. My role is to help guide and support you in uncovering your strengths, gaining insight, and making lasting changes, along with developing strategies to help you move forward with confidence. I specialize in primarily working with BIPOC young adult individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or the impacts of past trauma. My goal is to help you build a stronger connection with your true self, and create a more fulfilling life.
