As a psychotherapist, I often see people who are feeling overwhelmed and need help in managing life's challenges. Working together, we address these problems, finding new paths to healthy growth and change. I work with clients on a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, dysfunctional patterns, trauma, relationship concerns, family dynamics, major life transitions/adjustments and career direction. I believe that trust is the cornerstone of effective therapy, and my style is warm and interactive. Throughout the course of therapy, I provide practical tools and life skills to help clients manage their day-to-day lives.
