Hi there and thanks for the click. I work with individuals who are trying to make sense of themselves, their relationships, and why that one thing from ten years ago still pops into their head at 2 a.m. Many of the folks I work with are untangling a lifetime of trauma, tending to old wounds that didn’t heal the way they hoped, and reconnecting with parts of themselves they’ve had to hide or push aside. Therapy with me is supportive, collaborative, and sometimes a little bit funny because let’s face it, life is messy and being a human can be weird. I use narrative therapy, which means we work together as co-authors of your life story. We’ll look at the different chapters that have shaped who you are today. The best part? We’re not stuck in the past. Together, we can rewrite and reimagine your story in ways that help you feel stronger and more in control of where you’re headed.
