Hello, my name is Edna, and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My intention when working with my clients is to provide a safe space where thoughts and behaviors can be explored freely. I work from a client-centered, strengths-based approach but will always be open to a dynamic experience depending on a client's needs. I strongly believe in meeting a client where they are. I approach my work from a strengths-based perspective, believing that a person is the expert in their own life. I approach understanding from a psychoeducation standpoint and will pull tangible tools from CBT.
