Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Maryland. I received my Masters from Lancaster Bible College/Capital Seminary and Graduate School and have been practicing for 7 years. I help adult couples and individuals dealing with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and marital/relationship issues to heal and thrive. I take a diverse and adaptable approach to counseling, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients. I equip individuals with tools and empower them to apply the skills they acquire, promoting their personal growth and well-being. In our first session together, we'll introduce ourselves, and then identify the specific challenge(s) you're facing. This will help me create a roadmap customized to your challenge(s) for us to work through in subsequent sessions.
