Welcome — and thank you for being here. Reaching out can feel intimidating, and choosing to begin is a meaningful step toward caring for yourself. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, adoption, and major life transitions. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel understood and supported. I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I am fluent in Armenian and Farsi and value honoring each client’s cultural background and lived experience.
