Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. They may be navigating relationship challenges, past trauma, identity questions, or the pressures of balancing multiple roles. Together, we focus on building insight, finding tools that work, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I help adults and teens work through anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore, heal, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
