Next comes finding a therapist who connects well with us and can understand our struggle. It is my goal to be that person for you through empathetic, strengths-based care that centers you as a person rather than as a disorder or problem. I do this work alongside individuals and couples of various marginalized identities to help them feel better about their life. I am LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and also offer services in Spanish.
