I have been treating patients in psychotherapy for over 35 years. Therapy offers people help towards change, change towards the life they want. Yet,for various reasons, this life has not been attainable. My approach is to offer patients a safe, supportive, understanding environment in which they can explore their hopes and fears and the obstacles that get in their way of having a fuller, richer life.
