I specialize and enjoy working with individuals of the LGBTQ community and folks who struggle with addiction, complex trauma and personality disorders. I aim to help make therapy work for folks who have not had success with therapy in the past. I value empathy, community, and humility when working with individuals, and work at utilizing an anti-racist framework in sessions. I provide therapy to individuals who have experienced trauma, and who struggle with regulating emotions, interpersonal conflicts, impulsive and self-destructive behaviors.
