I am a licensed psychologist in private practice in Concord, Massachusetts. Over the past 30 years, I have helped many individuals and families overcome obstacles to their well-being. We all experience times when we feel unable to cope or at least unable to bring the best version of ourselves to a given problem. When those moments persist despite our best efforts we can feel defeated, overwhelmed and/or exhausted. Talking with a therapist can be a way to get perspective and either build or reconnect with the strengths we need to move forward.
