I have 7+ years experience working with children and families, LGBTQ+ communities, individuals experiencing grief and loss, traumas, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I utilize cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and strength-based techniques and I also offer unique ways for you to tap into your creativity in your healing.
