I am passionate about working with the underserved and underrepresented population that do not have easy access to MHC due to language barriers, stigma, affordability, lack of services due to immigrant status, and services not in their area. My approach to servicing the needs of my clients is to utilize a strength based – client centered approach. I have used the following modalities to assist my clients: CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, REBT, Existential, Experiential, Solution Focused, Strategic, and Psychodynamic – based on the needs and diagnosis of the client.
