Struggling with self doubt, relationship challenges or social anxiety, they desire guidance in fostering self-awareness and emotional resilience. They seek a compassionate affirming space where they feel seen, heard, and valued. My specialty lies in LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, sex positivity, sexual health and recovery from addictions. I work towards empowering clients to find acceptance, deepen connections and discover inner strength.
