The mind, body and spirit cannot be separated. My philosophy includes seeing you as a whole person, not as a mental health diagnosis, and bearing witness to your life experience-the holistic history of your mind, body and spirit that is intricately interwoven and waiting to be heard on deeper levels. The experience of being deeply listened to may result in a fuller life narrative unfolding as you acknowledge your larger, more complete self. This process may be experienced as integrative and fulfilling and can release blocks that have previously held you back from reaching your full potential.
