I am committed to helping individuals explore identities that are important to them, whether that involves navigating LGBTQIA2S+ experiences, traversing the complexities of neurodiversity, exploring gender expression, processing relational stress and miscommunication, working through the highs and lows of parenthood, or overcoming challenges related to substance use and addiction. I belong to many of the communities that I serve, and I strive to provide a non-judgmental space, while also challenging rigid thinking patterns.
