As a master's level clinical social worker, I believe in meeting people where they are. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, using your personal story as the guide. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to help you work through anxiety, depression, and trauma, while supporting you in reconnecting with your inner resilience. Clients have described me as empathetic, thoughtful, and even a little witty, someone who brings warmth and calm to life’s most difficult moments. I have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and feel strongly about creating a therapy space that is inclusive, respectful, and affirming.
