Welcome, I am currently accepting new clients ! I have worked with individuals who suffers with depression, anxiety, Life transitions, trauma and co-occurring disorder. Rather short or long term, therapy is a process and if you are willing to commit to feeling better and step into a healthier version of yourself then it is my pleasure to walk that path with you. Watching my clients begin to put the pieces to their puzzle together is what I love the most about being a mental health professional Treatment modalities used includes but not limited to psychodynamic, Interpersonal, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Through work experience and training, I have learned to see clients through a trauma-informed lens. My multi-faceted knowledge in safety planning have improved clients’ functioning in times of disarray
