You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, hurt, or disconnected, and you're ready for something to shift. I offer a warm, supportive space where you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll work through what’s getting in the way using approaches like EMDR and IFS. I’m not a blank-slate therapist. I show up as a real person and believe our relationship is part of the healing. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in gaining insight, building on your strengths, and developing tools to manage life’s challenges. I tailor each session to your unique needs, honoring your pace and preferences throughout.
