I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience. I am well-trained & have extensive experience with evidence-based treatments, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), exposure treatment for anxiety, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), motivational interviewing, MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) & DBT (Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy). I also work well with substance use issues.
