My name is Peg Crawford and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified EFT (tapping) Practitioner. I have 50 years of experience in working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, panic attacks and pain, as well as those in life transitions. EFT is highly researched and I have found it to be highly effective in working with all these issues. It quickly calms down the nervous system, clears out blockages in your energy fields, and rewires your brain so that you are no longer reacting to triggers for trauma or other negative emotions. It works quickly, and you can learn to do it for yourself.
