Eiko helps people heal through the ecology of embodiment through somatic experiencing informed coaching, navigating racial identities, gender, sexuality, stress reduction, sensory needs, nervous system shifts, relationships, and connecting with ecosystems. Eiko identifies as mixed, of Asian and European descent, gender non-conforming, and queer. Healing is political and healing is brave.
