My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for anyone who is willing. Therapy should be a partnership between the client and the therapist, working together to foster confidence and connection to one’s self. I enjoy sitting with my clients as we get to know themes that occur repeatedly in one's life. I encourage my clients to approach 'problematic' behaviors with curiosity, moving away from the tendency to remain stuck in judgment. Oftentimes holding space for our thoughts and feelings and sitting in what is uncomfortable can bring us to a place of understanding and healing. I pride myself in providing a safe and comfortable environment where my clients can show up authentically and be met with curiosity and compassion. I have accumulated over a decade of experience working with various forms of trauma. I aim to support my clients in working towards understanding as well as symptom management.
