I specialize in improving relationships. Whether you're in a couple or single and seeking partnership, I work with an understanding of attachment patterns to help you form deeper, more stable bonds. I have a sharp ear for how the stories we tell can limit us. Re-shaping those narratives is a powerful part of my work. In addition to my individual work, I have expertise in marital counseling and therapist supervision. My own practice of mindfulness and yoga allows me to bring calm and compassion to even the most confusing and chaotic moments of your life. My clients say that my combination of gentleness and directness calms them and promotes trust. Relieving debilitating anxiety and depression is my first priority.
