I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am looking forward to working with clients to support life transitions including adolescence and young adulthood, becoming a parent, grief and loss, and new diagnosis. I have worked with diverse populations including perinatal parents, early childhood, adolescents, and young adults. My therapeutic approach focuses on supporting clients using trauma-informed care. Some of the common therapeutic interventions I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Method, Motivational Interviewing, Grief Work, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory.
