My aim is to help people transform their hardships into a journey of self-discovery and healing to ultimately reclaim their own deep knowing, purpose, and self love. I integrate relational therapy and somatic, body centered, energetic healing techniques like tapping and breath-work within an anti-oppressive framework to gently guide people back to themselves. I uphold a LGBTQI affirming practice and I respect and embrace neurological and behavioral difference that makes us so uniquely ourselves.
