One of my favorite quotes is from Brené Brown, Ph.D.: “Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change.” Compassion, humor, and vulnerability create a superpower that builds a foundation for lasting change I have had the privilege of guiding people through complex medical situations, terminal illnesses, chronic illnesses, trauma, and addiction.
