As a psychologist, I was trained using methods developed long ago. Many of those methods work effectively; however, we are in a different place now; times have changed, people have evolved, and our environment is entirely different. Each situation is unique; each person’s stress, anxiety, and depression are distinct. Constantly providing for others, being there for others, and putting others first is taking a significant toll on your well-being. I use an alternative approach – a combination of traditional along with a holistic and spiritual approach to you move forward and get “unstuck” from your current situation.
