I work with adolescents, adults and seniors while assisting clients navigate life’s challenges. We all face obstacles in this journey. My approach is to create a warm, trusting and safe environment to help individuals become self aware and implement new coping strategies to better manage challenging situations that may arise. I use a combination of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and strength based techniques.
