I provide psychotherapy to adults using a collaborative approach in which we work together to help you heal and grow. First, I'll assist you to help me understand your strengths, experiences, relationships, challenges, and goals. Then, within a mutually respectful relationship, we'll discern barriers that have developed and whether you'd like to resolve these so you can live the live you want and deserve. I integrate evidence based therapeutic interventions to meet your unique needs, including psychodynamic, EMDR, IFS parts work, cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness, motivational, DBT skills, relapse prevention, and other approaches.
