The journey to living your most authentic self can be challenging, and together I can offer a brave space to explore what that looks like for you. I specialize in working with the intersections of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ identities, who want to heal from trauma. Understanding the impacts of oppression is crucial in healing holistically. As an Art Therapist, I believe in the power of expression as a form of healing. I am a trauma therapist who will meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you.
