My ideal client is someone navigating a significant life transition—whether that’s becoming a new parent, experiencing the emotional weight of past trauma, or facing the everyday challenges of anxiety and depression. They may appear outwardly capable, managing careers or families, but internally, they often feel overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are women, particularly mothers, who are holding so much for everyone else while quietly neglecting their own emotional needs. They may be struggling with postpartum anxiety, identity shifts, relationship strain, or unresolved trauma.
