I am a licensed MFT and provide a skilled and compassionate approach to therapy and parent coaching services. Seeking help from a professional can often feel unpredictable and scary. I am here to walk you through it and support you each step of the way. I listen to your unique needs, learn about your goals, and adapt my approach based on your stage of life- such as a teen experiencing anxiety from social pressures, a young adult struggling to transition out of the home, or parents navigating unique needs of their child. With each client, I provide the safe environment you need to explore & deepen your therapy process. I bring over 30 yrs of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults through life transitions, mental health struggles, family/spousal distress, and parent-child conflict. I am passionate about bringing parents into their teen's treatment when needed to support their child. I have expertise with neurodivergence and family systems.
