I work with WOMEN seeking support around a variety of issues - self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, work, parenting, and more. My approach is positive, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I firmly believe that in every person and situation, there is hope. When you are ready, I will gently help you move from where you are to where you want to be. I also partner with parents to help navigate the path to raising emotionally healthy and physically safe teens and young adults. We identify issues, clarify values, set boundaries, and strategize solutions, while working to maintain a healthy and mutually respectful parent/child relationship.
