Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Pensacola, FL. I received my Master of Arts degree in Psychology, Counseling concentration from the University of West Florida. I have certification in trauma informed therapy and specialization in perinatal mental health. I have specialized training and experience working with military service members and families in both civilian community settings and embedded on installations. I have years of experience working with trauma and/or addiction issues in various forms. In our first session together, we will briefly introduce and discuss the importance of confidentiality and collaboration in the therapy process. After this, we will dive into your specific concerns so that we can begin identifying important tools to help you reach your identified goals.
