My goal is to support you in working toward the changes and goals that matter most to you so you can feel happier and more fulfilled. I know that life’s journey can bring regret, guilt, or shame, and I am here to help you unburden those feelings and choose a new path—one that reflects your strengths, values, and hopes for the future. During our first few sessions, the focus will be on getting to know each other. You may do most of the talking, and I’ll ask some questions to better understand your story and begin shaping a plan that aligns with your goals.
