I am currently not accepting new clients. There is so much uncertainty at this time due to recent events affecting everyone's daily lives with jobs, relationships and family. Many of us are feeling depressed, anxious or overwhelmed. We are often so busy attending to the needs of those that rely on us that we can forget to attend to our own self-care and wellbeing. I am here to offer guidance and support for those seeking effective ways to manage and cope with difficult feelings that can come up with challenging times in life.
