I help my clients successfully change their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions by utilizing scientific research and my knowledge of various counseling theories. My areas of expertise include anxiety, stress management, emotional control, relationship issues, and career dissatisfaction. My therapeutic approach is eclectic: I use a range of evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches, modifying them to fit my client's unique treatment objectives according to their needs and present issues. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy in both Russian and English languages.
