I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NJ and PA, certified in DBT and Geek Therapy. I provide in-person and telehealth therapy for clients ages 10 and up, helping those with disordered eating recovery, self-harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, emotion regulation, and ADHD. I specialize in animal-assisted therapy with my rabbit Donut, offer nature-based walk-and-talk sessions, and use geek-culture-inspired interventions. My approach is collaborative and skills-based, helping clients reconnect with their authentic self in ways that feel meaningful and doable.
