I’m passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their strengths, resilience, and sense of hope. My approach is collaborative and supportive, focused on building insight, practical coping skills, and lasting, meaningful change. I have experience supporting individuals with Opioid Use Disorder, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, disordered eating, and major life transitions. I work with children, teens, and adults, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and encouraged.
