Hi! I'm Elaina! I'm a Queer, Multiracial, and Neurodivergent therapist. I enjoy working with adolescents (13+) and adults of all ages. My therapeutic approach is all about supporting, centering, and celebrating who you are and where you want to go. I am here to challenge and support you through laughter, tears, a genuine connection, and safety in a therapeutic relationship. You are encouraged and welcomed to be truly and authentically be you as we work together to explore hard things- dark humor accepted and welcomed here! Some areas that I may be helpful: unprocessed traumas, neurodivergence, gender and sexuality issues, body size/fat-liberation, depression, life transitions, dissociative disorders, and the wildness of our society. I practice from the lens of Anchored Relational Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy- which means, let's get deep!
