I feel that therapy is not a one size fits all approach and together we can find and work on the issues that you feel are holding you back from having the life you want to be living. I have been a clinical therapist for over 15 years. I have a very empathic style and have treated people with various issues in different stages of their lives. I have past experience working in substance abuse, early intervention, inpatient mental health, and hospital and home care settings. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety and grief.
