Grounded in the belief that small, incremental shifts lead to transformational change, I work with adult individuals to cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. As a Polyvagal-informed therapist, I use a nervous system-based approach to help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to foster more connected and fulfilling relationships with others. My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and collaborative. I often draw from my own experiences to create a space of authenticity and understanding.
