My therapeutic approach is informed by the belief that at our core is the capacity for healing, wholeness, and meaningful connection. Therapy is a powerful way to discover this capacity and it is a privilege to journey with others in this work. If you are struggling to cope with grief, anxiety or depression, feeling stuck in patterns that are no longer serving you, or want to address your triggered responses from traumatic experiences, reach out and we can discuss how working together may help you heal and grow. I believe that addressing the ways systems in our world have impacted our physical and mental health is an essential part of our healing and empowerment.
