Brokenness and disillusionment in marriage saddens me because I know there is a better way. My passion as an Emotionally Focused and Gottman Couple's Therapy trained counselor is to bring hope and to assist in building extraordinary connection between partners who have lost their way to each other's hearts. My practice is all about relationships--helping singles understand the importance of discovering and bringing their authentic selves to relationships, helping the divorced to rediscover their voices and significance in the midst of their grief, and preparing premarital couples for the uncharted but rewarding journey of marriage. I desire to come alongside my clients to tackle relational hindrances, such as difficulty truly knowing and accepting one's self, communication skill deficits, distrust related to past traumatic events, and the emotional safety of the sharing environment itself.
