I enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships and achieve their goals. I have an integrated counseling approach, based primarily in cognitive-behavioral therapy, with couples and family counseling influenced by team research. I offer a warm and empathetic environment, while empowering you. (Office appointments available in Orlando and teletherapy throughout Florida.) Online scheduling is available on my website link. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NBCC), with a Ph.D. in Applied Experimental and Human Factors Psychology. As I work with individuals, couples and families, I most enjoy helping clients find life balance, improve relational dynamics, and feel strengthened in pursuing their individual and family goals.
